Franchise Development

The Pita Pan Chain network development is based in company-owned units that allowed the company to acquire valuable know-how for future development and strong partnerships.
 
In the heart of our interest is the ongoing effort to establish mutually beneficially partnerships based on common values and confidence. The Pita Pan Development Team designs and implements the strategy for network development.

The Team consists of professionals in the Quick Service Restaurant market who closely cooperate with the franchisees for their restaurants success, by utilizing the expertise of the mother company for their benefit. The Team is dynamic, small, flexible and always available.

Today there are 6 company owned stores and 6 under the franchise scheme, in Greece and Cyprus. 

The restaurant size varies, depending on the location and the targeted local market. There are stores from 80m2 up to 200m2. Ours is a flexible model, adjusting to the particularities of the location, always recognizable.
The development prospects of the network are important. Some of the cities that are of interest for future development are Thessaloniki, Volos, Larissa, Kalamata, Patra, Crete. Going abroad is of primary interest, in particular to countries/areas where the Greek population is strong.

From A to Z: We have significant experience and know-how in the selection of an appropriate location for a new restaurant. Then the Team advises, designs and implements the opening strategy. Technical support is direct and continuous. With the completion of the project, the cooperation is close for the monitoring of results and operation procedures.

Combined with our know-how, this creates the most favorable conditions for capital investment. Through our sophisticated software and online communication, we monitor daily selected indicators of performance for all our restaurants (sales, tickets per order, order kind per day, average ticket, capacity checks, productivity, first and last order, etc) allowing immediate and targeted corrections.
