In the head offices, located in the centre of Athens, on the upper floor of a Pita Pan restaurant, a dynamic team works towards supporting the operations, the development of the brand and the network. The team is flexible and results-oriented. Most of its members work for the company for many years while some of them since the very beginning.
The Pita Pan Team is bound by common values and objectives. Love for food, gastronomy and services gives them a unique purpose and identity. Regular meetings, seminars and continuous education further promote the advancement of the Team, offer knowledge, thus inspiring passion for food and services.
Corporate governance is primarily based on a sense of personal responsibility, professionalism and strong individual motives. Everyone has access to all levels of administration and hierarchy and there is an uncontestable transparency in corporate management issues. Working mothers constitute an important percentage of the Team. When possible, tele-work is partially applied. In all cases, there is a constant presence of the Team in the restaurants, the main focus point of our interest, where we meet our customers.
