ALKI S.A. is the mother company of the Pita Pan Restaurants chain. Pita Pan was founded in 1993. A new fast food market segment was then born combining the much-adored traditional product with modern entrepreneurial and commercial trends. The founders objective was to create a modern, innovative version of the traditional product, the «souvlaki pita». Since then and until today, the driving force behind Pita Pan Restaurants remains flavor, innovation, quality and professionalism. Boldness, persistence and considerable capital investments were the reasons that our consumers rewarded us for.
